Sharing life so more people will become more like Christ.
On the Run (Exodus 2:11-22)
He saw and Egyptian beating a Hebrew, one of his own people.
He looked both ways and then killed the Egyptian and hid his body in the sand.
On the next day he went again to be with his people and saw two of them fighting.
He said to the one who was in the wrong, don’t fight because we’re the same people. The man said, “Will you kill me like you did the Egyptian.”
Moses realized his deed was discovered. Pharaoh attempted to kill him but he escaped by fleeing to Midian.
A priest of Midian had 7 daughters who came out to water his flock but shepherd chased them away.
Moses rescued them and watered their flocks.
The daughters returned to their father, Reuel and told him about how an Egyptian had helped them. Reuel sent them back to invite the man to eat with them.
Moses agree to stay with Reuel who gave him his daughter, Zipporah, in marriage.
Moses and Zipporah had a son whom Moses named Gershom because he said, “God has made me a foreigner in a foreign land.”
